It comes out that we either have to make the big financial corporations less powerful or the state stronger. However, neither of those steps will really help, because both are linked together, building one system. The first step that has to be undertaken is to separate money from politics. This means make an end to a system, where money can buy power. The moment when politicians are again independent from the corporations, or at least less dependent, the likelihood that regulations will be actually enforced will increase. Still, we have to question whether we really want to have corporations that powerful enough that not even the state dares to prosecute them?
